Carolyn is a Real Estate Professional with a passion for people, marketing, and architecture. After graduating from Arizona State University, Carolyn ran one of the Major championships on the Senior PGA Tour at a renowned golf community in Scottsdale. Following years on the developer side, she became a Realtor and has built a reputation for caring for her clients as if they were family members. She uses her business acumen and communication skills to create exceptional results for buyers and sellers. Raised in Gig Harbor, Washington, Carolyn has been in Arizona since 1990. Carolyn and her husband, Scot, who is an Air Force veteran, and their sons now call the Arcadia area of Phoenix home. Lori Wilson has been fortunate to call Scottsdale home for more than 40 years, including McCormick Ranch, Pinnacle Peak, and now Arcadia. A graduate of ASU with a degree in Finance, she worked as a Real Estate Appraiser inspecting properties and crunching numbers before serving as a Director of Sales for Hilton Suites where she honed her skills in sales and marketing. While her children were growing up she utilized her talents for teaching, encouraging, planning, and organizing in numerous leadership roles in the nonprofit sector that included facilitating, event planning, and corporate fundraising.

Having come full circle, she has partnered with the Glass Sabetta Team at North&Co. embarking on a new path in real estate that combines her love for home, and all the memories and love it contains, and a desire to help people who are in transition while using her experience in Appraisal, Sales and Marketing.
She believes everyone has a voice and she is committed to hearing what others have to say. She and her husband Jim, a commercial real estate broker, have raised three children who attended schools in the SUSD and BCP and are adjusting to a full, but empty nest. They enjoy biking the canal and park systems throughout Phoenix and Scottsdale, hiking, yoga, skiing, and finding restaurants that cater to their gluten-free and vegan lifestyles.

Kim joined North&Co. as the Transaction Manager for the Glass Sabetta Team with a background in residential Real Estate supporting buyers of resale property and land.

She is originally from sunny San Diego and has been in the valley for 5 plus years.She is a boy mom of two (plus a pup), CrossFit enthusiast (athlete & coach), loves a good burger and is passionate about travel.

The real estate market in Phoenix is one that requires patience, processes, and professionalism – which are Kims strengths that she enjoys sharing with everyone she interacts with and she is excited about building more relationships with her client family.

Nikki was born & raised in the Northern Virginia/Washington DC area, but has called beautiful Arizona home for the last 18 years, living in various cities throughout the Phoenix Metro area. Nikki began investing in rental properties with her business partner in 2017. She enjoyed the process & learning about real estate so much that she eventually went to real estate school and was licensed in 2019.

Her favorite part about being in real estate is connecting with people and helping them feel calm & secure through a sometimes stressful process. Throughout real estate transactions, she prides herself on staying focused on the big picture, leading with kindness while also being a strong negotiator, and helping meet her clients’ unique needs & desires.
